Chon-Ji Tul pattern is the first pattern performed by the beginner in Taekwondo, it is considered a pattern as it is not just basic fundamental movements which are set to a fixed and logical sequence
"Chon-Ji Tul pattern also has the meaning which gives an insight into the Korean views."
The first move in Chon-Ji is the 90° counter clockwise turn and move into the attacker and block, whereas with the ‘four directional punch’ the defence was to move back from the attack and block.

Working with the Taekwondo patterns is a great way to improve your co-ordination
Just working through these patterns for set a number of days, you will find your ability to concentrate increase
Unlimited ability improvement when it comes to balance. The more you practice movement the better you'll get.
Your enemies won't attack from the same direction twice. An ability to change direction in combat is key.

Our Character Development Program incorporates aspects of how you think and believe helping our young students to grow into progressive members of society.
Master Moss will guide you through the patterns at the correct pace. Each email will tell you what to focus on next and the common 'gotchas' when practicing these patterns
We will recommend the usual amount of time to be focusing on each area of each pattern. Got a busy schedule? No worries we won't send you the next steps until you've had a chance to look at the previous email. Want to skip ahead? No problem, at the end of each sequence we offer the option to bring foward the delivery of the next pattern if you want to fast-track yourself to black belt and beyond.
By registering with us you are able to study the Taekwondo Patterns in depth with an 8th degree senior master, where we break down in detail all the areas. You can bring and questions to our periodic online Taekwondo clinics. Should you want to come and train with us in person, thats great, you're always welcome, we're at The CMBBA Academy
